Exchange Instructions
1) What you need: Copy of original receipt Defective item 2) Where you send the package: Attn: Exchange Department Course Housewares 1715 Lake Drive West Chanhassen, MN 55317 3) Upon receiving the package we will issue a replacement item Exchanges are processed the business day after receipt. Expect 7-10 business days for shipping. 4) Shipping Costs Course does not pay for or reimburse for return shipping costs. We recommend using the US Postal Service to ship products back as it is the most economical. Course will pay to ship the new item back to the customer. |
Exchange Policy
